Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 14 years of age, if we believe that you are under 18 years of age and you represent yourself as 18 or older, or if we believe you are over 18 and represent yourself as under 18.
2. You are allowed to create your own user ID and password. It is your responsibility to maintain your password confidential. You also agree to not share your password with any other user. You agree to not use another user's account; user ID or password.
3. We may reject, refuse to post or delete any Content for any or no reason.
4. You may not post things that are offensive and promote racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any user(s).
5. You may not harasses or advocate harassment of another person.
6. You may not exploit people in a sexual or violent manner.
7. You may not post pictures or videos that contain nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website.
8. You may not solicit personal information from anyone under 18;
9. You may not publicly posts information that endangers the privacy or security risk of any user.
10. You may not post or share information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive.
11. You may not threaten any individual user nor threaten his/her privacy.
12. You may not use unauthorized or illegal information of others without their consent.
13. No criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets;
14. You agree to be responsible for your conduct and behavior.
15. You agree to all the mentioned terms.
16. You understand that we are not responsible for any misbehaviors from you and other users. Any behavior or conduct that violates this agreement is not to be our burden nor shall we be responsible for any trouble or issues caused.
